From The Mouths Of Babes, Part 1

In this episode, Sirohi Kumar, 17, an MDI High school student will share her story about growing up as a brown girl on Mount Desert Island. Sirohi is a climate activist and a founding member of the Climate Emergency Action Coalition (CEAC) in Bar Harbor. She helped pass a Climate Emergency Declaration and is currently serving as the Youth Representative on the Bar Harbor Climate Emergency Task Force. She is also a racial justice organizer and directly contributed to the formation of the AOS 91 Anti-Racism Task Force, upon which she currently serves as a student representative.
